There is a four hour rental minimum on limos and four hour minimum on all buses.
Rates include fuel, service and overall maintenance of the limousines. The cost does not include sales tax or driver gratuity.
Yes, a 20% gratuity is added onto all rentals. We strive to provide above and beyond customer service. If you feel that you have received such service you are welcome to give the driver an additional tip
All Xtreme Limo vehicles are non-smoking. In the state of Ohio, limousines fall under the same jurisdiction as restaurants, bars and taxis.
Your time begins when the driver arrives at the first location. However, if the pick-up is outside of the Tri-State area, the time begins when our driver leaves our facility. Your rental period ends when the last passenger leaves the vehicle.
You are welcome to extend your rental timeframe. Inform your driver of the extension and payment arrangements can be made for the additional time. The additional cost can be added to your existing credit card purchase or the remaining difference can be paid to the driver with cash.
Alcohol is allowed in the limo or party bus only if all passengers are 21 years of age or older. We do supply coolers, ice, and cups for your beverages.
